The purpose of the testimonial ads is intended to persuade the target audience to invest their willing time and money into helping save lives. Action Against Hunger is an organization that has invested years of service into being a solution to those whom suffer starvation and malnutrition. The ads were created to draw in the individuals that are willing to help support this organization in any way possible.
